Headquartered in Connecticut, JD Capital Management was founded in 2001 by J. David Rogers. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Rogers spent 19 years at Goldman Sachs and was responsible for a variety of equity and derivative trading divisions. Investing in the global equity markets, the firm's investment team employs both fundamental and quantitative analysis to capitalize on volatility arbitrage opportunities. It has been registered as an investment adviser with the US Securities and Exchange Commission since January 2006.
